It was completely modernized in 2004 through the RICOP Program co-financed by the Brașov City Hall.

The dormitory has a total of 75 places where both our high school students and students from other schools are accommodated.

Following the modernization, the dormitory building is fully equipped with thermopane windows, and the rooms are “mini-studio” type with three places, each with its own bathroom.

The dormitory also has a study room with 30 places, with new furniture, as well as a reception room equipped with armchairs, tables, and a television.

Heating is provided by its own thermal power plant.
